Twilight Dawn Gaming offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Crawler Companion memberships. If the app is not right for your table, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation needed.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request one at paddle.net using the email address on your order, or contact Twilight Dawn Gaming using the support details on your receipt and we will arrange it for you. Refunds return to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling renewal
You can stop future renewals at any time from your membership page. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Renewals and other cases
If a renewal charged unexpectedly, get in touch — we will look at it and refund where fair. Where the law in your country gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply. Paddle's own refund policy also applies to your order.
